  2. For the transportation of art pieces, legal procedures and documentation issued by Japanese authorities are required. As a result, it may take several months for delivery to be completed. Thank you for your understanding.

4. Damages or Loss During Shipping

  1. All items are inspected and carefully packaged prior to shipment. However, if damage or loss occurs during transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

    • Photos of the damaged area.
    • Photos of the shipping label and outer packaging.
    • Your order number.
