At Kumebe, we take pride in offering rare and irreplaceable pieces, many of which are antique or one-of-a-kind. Due to the unique nature of our collection, we kindly ask our customers to understand that all sales are final — returns, refunds, or exchanges cannot be accepted once an order has been confirmed.

Why Returns and Exchanges Are Not Accepted

  • Our items are antique or singular in nature, making them unsuitable for resale.

  • Even minimal handling after delivery can alter their condition and significantly diminish their value.

We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, specifications, and images prior to purchase. Should you have any questions or require additional information, please contact us before placing your order.

Exceptional Circumstances – Shipping Damage

In the unlikely event that an item is damaged during transit, we will provide a separate resolution process.
If you notice any damage upon delivery, please contact us within 3 days of receipt with the following:

  • Clear photographs of the damaged area

  • Photographs of the shipping label and external packaging

  • Your order number

Please note that we are unable to process any claims submitted after the 3-day period.
